  1. No Returns or Refunds for Size/Color Issues We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you select the wrong size or color. To avoid this, please check our detailed size chart and product descriptions on each product page. We recommend measuring your fit to ensure the perfect size and color for you.

2. Returns and Refunds for Defective Products Only

We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

a) The product is defective (e.g., damaged, torn, or misprinted).

b) You received the wrong design or item.

d) Provide a free replacement (including return shipping costs covered by us), or Issue a full refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available.

3. Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable

All our t-shirts are print-on-demand and made specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any reason other than defects.

4. Shipping Costs

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no extra charge. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

6. Non-Delivered Orders

If your order is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. For orders lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
